1. Children who are currently enrolled at the Coop are given first priority.
    • Application forms for children who are currently enrolled in the school must be submitted by 3:00PM on December 15th accompanied by a non-refundable application fee (payable by check, cash, or online).
    • Classes will be filled within two (2) business days.
  2. Siblings of children who are currently enrolled and interim members are given second priority.
    • Application forms for siblings of children currently enrolled in the Coop and children of interim members must be submitted by 3:00PM on January 20th accompanied by a non-refundable application fee (payable by check, cash, or online).
    • Classes will be filled within two (2) business days.
    • Anyone who does not meet this deadline is considered a member of the general public.
  3. General Public
    • After the registration of the children of Coop families and interim members, the remaining spaces will be filled, in the order the applications were received. Applications from the general public will be accepted no earlier than the November 1st before the entrance to school.
    • Once existing openings are filled, the remaining names will be placed on a waiting list, which are not carried over from year to year.

When assembling classes, an applicant’s class request will be noted. However, depending on the number of requests, all may not be granted as to keep the integrity of the class appropriate.
