Tuition is divided into four equal payments. The first tuition payment is due by April 1 for new students and May 1 for returning students or the space will be forfeited. The subsequent payments are due August 1, November 1, and February 1.

The school’s main source of income is from tuition. Additional funds for major equipment, special improvements, and student scholarships are obtained through fundraising.

Checks should be made payable to Acton Cooperative School, Inc., and either mailed to 592 Mass. Ave., Acton, MA 01720 or deposited in the Treasurer’s box in the office. Please write your child’s name and class on the check.

You may also use your bank’s “bill pay” system to send the school a check, or make a secure credit card payment.

If tuition is paid in full by May 1, a reward of two Afternoon Adventures coupons will be given to the family.

Tuition rates may be changed only by vote of the members at the February Parents’ Meeting.

No reductions are made for absence or for weeks shortened by holidays.
