Our curriculum is aligned with the Massachusetts Guidelines for Preschool Learning Standards.
Indoors:
- Space for building with various sizes and kinds of blocks
- Time for puzzles and other manipulative materials
- Supply of materials for creative and sensory experiences
- Dramatic play with housekeeping, firefighter and train props, etc.
- Opportunities to enjoy music and listen to stories
- Chance to practice social, cooperative play
- Time to learn the what, where, why, and how of routine self-care
Outdoors:
- Space and equipment for vigorous, large-muscle activities, which they love and need (running, riding, climbing, building, swinging, and balancing)
- Time to give vent to one’s energies in vigorous dramatic play or just dream in the sandbox
- Opportunity to explore beyond the school on various field trips

Creative movement and music are scheduled alternately each week.
Weekly plans can be found in teachers’ lesson plan books, which will be on the premises at all times and available for parents to review.
